Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how US Fabric Yard (“we,” “us”) prepares and ships trade orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Where we ship

We ship to business addresses within the United States from our US warehouse. We can arrange shipping to other destinations by request — contact us before ordering so we can confirm carrier options and charges on your quote.

2. Carriers & methods

Orders typically ship via FedEx Ground. Expedited service may be available on request and is quoted separately. Freight or LTL delivery may be used for large orders; we will confirm the method with you when it applies.

3. Processing & lead times

Because fabric is cut to the length you specify at the time of your order, orders are prepared after your order is confirmed. Most in-stock yardage is cut and dispatched within a few business days; the confirmed lead time for your order appears on your order confirmation. All lead times and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated from the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and is shown on your quote or order confirmation before you pay. We do not accept third-party carrier billing or cash on delivery.

5. Title & risk of loss

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed to the carrier. Please inspect every shipment on arrival and report any transit damage, shortage, or shipment error in writing within five (5) business days of delivery, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Tracking

Tracking details are provided when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after your confirmed lead time, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control once an order has been handed off for delivery. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
