This page explains who owns the material on the US Fabric Yard site and how to report a suspected infringement. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The site, its content, and its catalog data — including images, text, product descriptions, branding, and design — are owned by US Fabric Yard or its licensors and are protected by US and foreign intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest by automated means, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.

2. Reporting an infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your intellectual-property rights, email us at trade@usfabricyard.com and identify, with specificity, the right you say is being infringed and the material at issue (including the URL where it appears). Please use this channel only for intellectual-property and legal matters; other requests should go through our normal contact channels.

3. Our response

We review every properly submitted report and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the material in question. Submitting a report does not create any obligation on our part beyond a good-faith review.
